Anytime Postage Limited One Year Kiosk Warranty

Under this limited warranty, ATP warrants to the original purchaser of an ATP automated postal kiosk (a “Kiosk”) that the Kiosk will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service (and when properly maintained, cleaned and serviced) for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
In order to make a claim under this warranty, you must give ATP notice in writing within one year after you take delivery of the Kiosk, and your notice must explain in detail the Kiosk defect giving rise to your warranty claim. Once we have confirmed the validity of your warranty claim, we will repair or, at our option, replace the defective or malfunctioning Kiosk part or the Kiosk in its entirety. Except as otherwise permitted by law, we will decide whether to repair or replace, and that repair or replacement will be the limit of ATP’s liability under this warranty. All costs for freight, duties or any other related costs for sending or receiving the Kiosk or any Kiosk parts are your sole responsibility.
This warranty does not cover any damage to a Kiosk caused by unauthorized modifications, improper or unauthorized service, environmental effects, or normal wear and tear. In addition, unauthorized modifications to the Kiosk will void this warranty, as will using any parts not supplied by ATP or by an authorized ATP supplier.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, ON THE KIOSK OR ANY SERVICES FURNISHED BY OR ON BEHALF OF ATP. ATP SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE EXPRESS TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. ATP WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS, FOR ANY DAMAGES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Your rights under this warranty are in addition to any other rights or remedies that may be available to you under applicable law.
